A recommendation for your November event

A pickleball wellness day, run on the engine.

Every guest gets a pass in one tap. Courts, sessions and sponsor stations each add a stamp. A full card is a gift on the spot. By the evening you know who came, what they joined, and who wants to hear about the next one.

The day

What the guest does, and what you learn

The empty boxes are the parts of the day still to be decided.

  1. 1ArrivalScan the QR at the door
    The guest

One tap in the chat and the pass arrives, with the entry stamp already on it. Nothing is asked.

    You learn

Who came, and when they arrived.

  2. 2Welcome drinkShown at the bar
    The guest

The free drink is a stamp. It is the reason to get the pass.

    You learn

Drinks given, and when. A count for the drinks partner.

  3. 3CourtsBooked in the chat, stamped on arrival
    The guest

A message offers court times. The only question all day is a name for the court sheet.

    You learn

A real name, a booking, and who turned up. Booking alone earns no stamp.

To decide: Number of courts and session times
  4. 4Wellness stationsA stamp for each one joined
    The guest

Each session joined fills a square. The card shows how close the gift is.

    You learn

Who took part in what, and in what order.

To decide: Which stations, and who runs them
  5. 5Sponsor stationsFree to try, a stamp each
    The guest

A demo or tasting to try, free, with a stamp for taking part.

    You learn

An exact count of visits for each sponsor, and when. Counts only, never names.

    To decide: Sponsors
  6. 6Gift deskA full grid, a gift on the spot
    The guest

The one alert of the day: the gift is ready. Certain to get one, a surprise what it is.

    You learn

    Full grids, and gifts collected.

    To decide: The gift
  7. 7That eveningOne message, one question
    The guest

Thanks for coming. Want a heads-up about the next one? One tap for yes.

    You learn

The people who said yes: the start of the member list.

After the day

What you have that you don’t have today

Who came

Each guest by name where they gave one, with the yes to future news recorded against it.

Who took part in what

Courts, sessions and stations, from the stamps. Who joined in and who only came through the door.

Proof for sponsors

Visits to each sponsor station, and when. A count a sponsor can put in its own report.

First-timers to invite back

The list of people new to you, and the one number to watch: how many of them come to the next event.

Who owns what

Yours

The guest data and the member relationship. The chat number, the pass and the database sit in your own accounts, under your name.

Sente’s

The engine, licensed to you, and the setup: the flow, the card, the stamps, the messages and the report.

The pilot

Built before any guest data exists

Sente builds everything in your accounts while they are still empty, tests it with sample guests, and hands over before the doors open. After the event Sente works from totals. The guest records stay with you.

  1. Your accountsA chat number, a wallet pass account and a database, opened in your name.
  2. The buildSente sets up the flow for your day and tests it end to end with sample guests.
  3. The dayYour staff stamp cards from their phones. Guests use the chat app already on theirs.
  4. The reportThe numbers that evening, and the first-timer list ready to invite back.
To decide together

Five things that shape the build

  • Venue, and how many courts
  • Expected numbers on the day
  • Sponsors, and what each one runs
  • Budget for the member side
  • Who approves the messages before they go
